Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at fletch24@gmail.com. You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement for the same item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
FletchWear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
